Company Description
We brewed our first batch on January 10, 2019 and the restaurant opened the first week of May, 2019. We brew four core brands (light golden ale, Czech pilsner, American pale ale and Belgian single) with plans for two rotating seasonals. We have a four vessel, 25 hectolitre brewhouse with double and triple fermenters. Currently, there are six fermenters and two bright tanks in the cellar, with eight more fermenters and two more bright tanks on the way to be added. We use 100% R.O. water for brewing and proudly use Canada Malting Co. malt and Escarpment Labs yeast. The brewpub has excellent food and a fourteen-tap draft system with six growler fillers and guest taps included. We also provide brewing and canning services for those looking to contract. The brewery is a few weeks away from completing it analytical laboratory where propagating yeast on-sight is being planned for the future.
