Concentration was determined by the International Subcommittee for Isomerized Hop alpha-acids Standards and takes into account only the major forms of the hexahydroiso-α-acids that are present, including two cis-hexahydroisocohumulones, two cis-hexahydroisohumulones, and two cis-hexahydroisoadhumulones.
